Canada - Physical Transition 2025

The process is underway to coordinate with Shell and Givex to transition the Canadian physical gift card from Processor EML to Givex. RPG will work closely with all parties, to ensure transition is efficient and minimize any impact to the customer.
Continued management of the EML relationship including modifications to the agreement for updated service requirements. Primarily maintaining redemption and reporting functionality for existing cards.

Shell Gift Card Websites
All website banners have been updated to incorporate Shell 2.0 branding for both US and Canada. Websites currently featuring holiday imagery. 2025 consideration for updating layout to meet Shell Corporate new look.
Marketing Campaigns
Annual marketing calendar developed to facilitate various campaigns through the year. Including weekly email campaigns that consists of general prospecting, targeted industries, and customers. Social media advertising and weekly posts, as well as trade publication advertising and trade shows.

A new physical secure packaging design, currently in production, will be introduced, in the B2B Alliance Partner Channel in Spring of 2025.

A new variable card for InComm was introduced into market fall 2024.

Investment in special promotions will be offered throughout the year, such as incremental 1% discounts. 2025 schedule is pending receipt of promotional calendar.

Between Flash Bonus Offers and National Road Trip Day, we have seen a lift of $50k. The fuel category is down as a whole, but Shell continues to lead as the most purchased. Our investment continues to keep Shell in front of customers. 2025 schedule is pending receipt of promotional calendar.
